Mar 20, 2014: RT: Brainwash level - ‘neocons’: Staged Liz Wahl Psy-Op exposure explodes on Twitter
Remember the Mainstream’s frothing over Liz Wahl’s resignation from RT? How she was feted by the networks, supported by the beast, and embraced heartily by neo-con Russia-haters? Mar 19, 2014: The Dissenter: How Liz Wahl Worked with Bill Kristol’s Neocon Think Tank to Plan Her Resignation from RT
Journalists Rania Khalek and Max Blumenthal have published a story on the resignation of Russia Today anchor Liz Wahl. It strongly suggests that a fellow for the neoconservative think tank Foreign Policy Initiative (FPI) played a key role in Wahl’s decision to leave the network a couple weeks ago. |

The Jewish homosexual James Kirchick, who was the one who started all that drama with the Ron Paul “racist” newsletters, and once sat in a glass box in Berlin to guilt-trip to Germans about the alleged Holocaust, was the first to interview her after the bizarre scene.

Mar 6, 2014: FireDogLake: Putin is an Enemy and Liz Wahl is My Hero
Ethics. Transparency. Journalism. One would be hard pressed to find all three of the words used in the same sentence today. Maybe it has always been like that and we’re all just too young to remember. Still, it seems that there isn’t a whole lot of it going on lately, which is why the actions of former Russia Today anchor Liz Wahl is so profound.

ON THE RECORD: Mar 5, 2014: James Kirchick (Daily Beast) reports "Exclusive: RT Anchor Liz Wahl Explains Why She Quit" On a side note, It may have been "exclusive when Kirchick first wrote it, but Wahl has made several media appearances since then. However, Kirchick goes through Liz Wahl's story of her resignation and why she resigned. After having read several accounts of the story and seeing the video it is a interesting turn of events. And: "On Monday, RT host Abby Martin ended her program “Break the Set” by denouncing Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine. RT management said that they would send Martin to the Ukrainian region of Crimea currently occupied by Russian troops, an offer which she refused. Yet while Martin was praised in many quarters for her independence, she remains an employee of the network, and there are no indications that she has been punished." Kirchick summarized his story: "Wahl did a very brave thing. Unlike Martin, who will continue to cash Putin’s paychecks, Wahl is now out of a job. But that’s the price real reporters—not Russian-government funded propagandists—have to pay if they are concerned with quaint notions like objectivity and the truth. Hopefully, Liz Wahl’s act of defiance will inspire a wave of defections from Putin TV." Personally, I hope the story is far more reaching and that American journalists will weigh their own position as journalists and begin questioning the talking points that politicians keep giving them and especially those being dumped on them by the Obama administration. Obama's DOJ has proven several times that it is not a friend of journalists and Obama himself has vocally given is stamp of disapproval to journalism efforts that dont follow the Obamanista Regime line.

Only in America via Russia: Liz Wahl, an anchor in the Washington bureau of RT America (Russia Today) on Wednesday made a grand gesture of announcing her resignation on air from the network. The reason for her decision? She spelled it right out for her viewers: “I cannot be part of a network funded by the Russian government that whitewashes the actions of [Russian President Vladimir] Putin. I’m proud of being an American and believe in disseminating the truth and that’s why after this newscast I’m resigning.”

A March 5 "interview" with Freedomworks' Patrick Hedger reveals just how closely Russia Today personalities are sticking to these talking points. While discussing a Cornell University report that insists Keystone XL would kill rather than create jobs, Liz Wahl repeatedly steers the conversation back to her own talking points. At times Hedger seems to be utterly mystified by this obvious effort on Wahl's part.
