"The President is just gaining momentum, he's gaining support, and you know his resilience is unbeatable because he is unbreakable......The mugshot backfired on the Left in the form of surging donations, rising polls, and new supporters.....No picture, indictment, or trial date can take down the 45th and future 47th President." -Kimberly Guilfoyle; Kelly Grant Show; 3.31.23

Aug 21, 2023: Daily Beast: Steve Doocy floated the idea that the former president’s no-shows could come back to haunt him.
Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy said Monday that Donald Trump’s rationale for skipping the GOP primary debates could wind up helping President Joe Biden, arguing that Biden could ultimately deploy the same excuse to get out of debating Trump if he secures the 2024 Republican nomination.

Aug 18, 2023: Daily Beast: Alleged Fake Electors Plotter Followed Alex Jones Around Capitol Ground on Jan. 6: CNN
A man allegedly linked to a scheme to keep Donald Trump in office using fake GOP electors was present at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, following conspiracy theorist Alex Jones around and filming him on his phone, according to CNN. Attorney Kenneth Chesebro allegedly wore a red “Trump 2020” hat as he trailed the Infowars host in the Capitol grounds, though there is no indication that he actually entered the Capitol building. It’s not clear why Chesebro was following Jones. Chesebro was one of 18 people indicted alongside Trump on racketeering charges in Georgia this week.

Aug 8, 2023: Radar Online: Kevin McCarthy REFUSES to Say Joe Biden Took Bribes When Pressed by Sean Hannity on Fox News
"You know, the bribery statute, Mr. Speaker, does not demand that somebody benefit themselves financially,” Hannity continued. “In this case, the vice president took a specific action and his family was involved in personal enrichment. That being Hunter, based on his actions. Is that bribery to you?”
But rather than answer Hannity’s questions and confirm the Fox News host’s suspicions about Biden, McCarthy instead skirted the questions and vowed to investigate the president and the bribery allegations against him further.

August 3, 2023:
FOX News has Refused To Air A Democratic Group's Ad That Opposed The Republican Tax Plan With A Donald Trump Impersonator. A 30-second commercial belongs to the Not One Penny campaign. At the time, the goal was to use a Trump impersonator, while opposing the Republican tax plan that was in place.
The premise of the sport show Donald tweeting at a country club. The spot then says, "A president who tells it like it is. That’s what America needs. But when it’s time for Trump to explain why his tax plan gives a big cut to the wealthy, including lucrative breaks for golf course owners and cuts for rich heirs — all worth more than a billion dollars for Trump and his family — why is this president suddenly at a loss for words?”
According to Fox and the reason they turned it down has to do with the idea of political impersonators, something the network just isn't into. “FOX News has a policy against taking ads featuring political impersonators,” said a network official, who said they had also turned down an ad featuring a Hillary Clinton impersonator in the past."
However, this was just one of the times Fox turned down a commercial in regards to Trump.
In the same month, it looks like Fox had turned down another commercial. According to Politico, Fox refused an attempt made by billionaire Tom Steyer, who wanted to run an ad calling for Donald's impeachment.
"It’s the second time in recent weeks FOX News has declined to air a liberal-leaning ad. Earlier this month, the network refused to run a spot featuring activist billionaire Tom Steyer calling for Trump’s impeachment, shortly after Trump tweeted in response to the ad when it aired on Fox & Friends."
Although the campaigns were rejected, the Not One Penny organization claims other affiliates from Fox thought otherwise, and agreed to play the ads. They just wouldn't do so nationally.
The publication writes, "While the national network has declined to run the ad, local FOX affiliates in Washington and New York have accepted it, said the Not One Penny aide."

"Several Republicans did point to the idea of unequal justice, including fellow 2024 contender Sen. Tim Scott (S.C.) and Trump loyalists such as Rep. Elise Stefanik (N.Y.), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (Ga.) and Sen. Marsha Blackburn (Tenn.). But the reaction from the GOP was generally muted; few put out statements or social media posts at all.
The tendency of the GOP is to fall in line; Trump’s numerous controversies have reinforced that that is the easy and most politically expedient play, particularly because he is the strong favorite to lead the Republican ticket in 2024.
But the strength with which Republicans actually defend him can also be telling. And Tuesday night, the response wasn’t that strong — particularly compared to Trump comparing his prosecution to “Nazi Germany.”

July 30, 2023:
A Donald Trump-appointed federal judge dismissed the former president's lawsuit against CNN on Friday, ruling that referring to his fixed election claims as "The Big Lie" didn't directly create ties between Trump and Hitler, and thus, wasn't defamatory.
The former president, who was found liable for defamation himself back in May, first brought his nearly $500 million lawsuit against CNN back in October of 2022. In it, he claimed that the term "The Big Lie" used by network personalities to describe his countless falsehoods about the 2020 election "wrongly links Trump with the Hitler regime in the public eye."
But in Judge Raag Singhal's dismissal, he ruled that "this is a stacking of inferences that cannot support a finding of falsehood" and "being 'Hitler-like' is not a verifiable statement of fact that would support a defamation claim."

MSNBC host Jen Psaki asked Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, “Are you OK?” Psaki’s mocking concern drove a segment that totally skewered DeSantis’ sputtering attempt to win the Republican presidential nomination.
“So lately as I’ve been watching the way Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is running his presidential campaign, there is a question that has been running through my mind: Are you OK, Governor? I mean, for real, are you good?” said Psaki, a former White House press secretary under President Joe Biden. “It’s OK if you don’t actually want to run for president. It’s completely OK,” she added. Psaki said it was difficult to arrive at any other conclusion because of DeSantis’ “bizarre” campaign.
She thrashed DeSantis for overspending on the trail like a “teen pop star,” especially on private plane travel. She also took him to task for his state’s new school curriculum, which teaches that slaves benefited by learning skills. This prompted a rebuke from South Carolina’s Tim Scott — the only Black Republican in the Senate — who said, “There is no silver lining in slavery.”
In another head-scratcher, Psaki noted that DeSantis floated the idea of appointing Democratic anti-vaxxer candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to lead the Food and Drug Administration or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. (DeSantis has tried to walk that one back.)
“DeSantis is floundering in the polls, burning through cash, defending the merits of slavery, floating jobs for conspiracy theorist Democrats,” she said. “It’s enough to make you wonder if this whole campaign is really a cry for help. Does he really want to do it?”
