👉"Should Bragg face punishment for this?" is things click baiters say. Particularly if you are Dinesh D'Souza on Twitter pushing his websites.
"What we're talking about here is second-hand hearsay." -Jamie Raskin.
This kind of info is the kind of stuff Dinesh D'Souza "reports" through a couple of his web sites (Conservative Brief" or "DC Enquirer"). D'Souza was once sentence to jail time for making illegal contributions in the names of others. Trump pardoned him and now D'Souza is one of Trumps biggest fans. In a recent show on his podcast D'Souza had a conversation with Ron DeSantis. They talked about "woke" and "wokeness" but neither defined exactly what "woke" is. By DeSantis explaining things he did to fight wokeness appears to mean he thinks "woke" is behind everything left of his self proclaimed "conservative" position. Gov. DeSantis said, "Our view in Florida is very simple. No social or economic transformation without representation." to which D'Souza replied, "I can see why people say that Florida is the place where woke goes to die." The concept of being a conservative used to be intellectual and reasoned. If D'Souza and DeSantis are poster boys for "American Conservatism" then "reason" is no longer a requirement.

May 5, 2023: The Paisano: Conflicting views on Dinesh D’Souza’s arrival to UTSA
Before D’Souza’s speech even began, complications had arisen. UTSA staff had turned several people away from the event, explaining that only students, staff and UTSA alumni could attend.
UTSA Police escorted one woman out, who was shouting that the event was “unfair.” Her friend, Kim Stevenson, waited outside for her during the entire speech and explained that she was with a large group of people who were not allowed in. They had traveled hours from Arlington to San Antonio to see D’Souza speak.
“She’s a veteran, you know? She got arrested for trespassing at the capitol on January 6,” Stevenson explained.

Now let’s turn to Fox News. Tucker Carlson on day one released some clips and they were like, wow, look at all this stuff coming out about the shaman guy. Look at all this stuff about Josh Hawley jogging across the corridor. Look at all this stuff about Brian Sicknick and then — nothing.
The second day when we’re supposed, scheduled to be a day of more footage, nothing. And then you’re like, well, it takes time to go through the stuff, whatever, it’ll surely come out in the next day or the next day or the day after that, or this week. Nothing. And it looks like that’s it. It looks like the — I won’t say the fix is in, but I will — it looks like somebody dropped the hatchet on Tucker Carlson.
And I don’t know of any other way to look at this. I mean, obviously, one way to look at this is that Tucker reviewed the 40,000 hours of footage and realized that, you know what? By and large, I found just three clips and that’s it. That’s all I got. Tucker isn’t really saying.
But the other possibility, which I give it — this is the 99% possibility — is after the first day. And that’s remember, Chuck Schumer went on the Senate floor, “Rupert Murdoch, I demand that you stop Tucker Carlson.” And then guess what? Somebody stopped Tucker Carlson.
And who would have the power to do that? No, it’s not the, it’s not the, it’s not even Suzanne Scott, the CEO of Fox News. These are orders that are coming from above. And that would mean most likely either Lachlan Murdoch, the son of Rupert Murdoch, who is sort of the de facto guy that people at Fox report to — or Rupert Murdoch himself.
Rupert Murdoch, we know, is feuding with Trump. How do we know this? Because some very interestingly — and this all seem to happen simultaneously — all the organs under Rupert Murdoch’s control, of which I named three — the editorial page of The New York Post, the editorial page of The Wall Street Journal, and the Fox News Channel — all simultaneously turned against Trump. So it’s not as if you just have guys at these these outlets, they’ve all made independent decisions. No, again, this is a corporate decision from the highest level. --Dinesh D'Souza; D'Souza Podcast; March 19, 2023

News On The Record: Oct 21, 2022: NPR: Here's what changed in Dinesh D'Souza's '2,000 Mules' book after it was recalled
After an abrupt recall and a two-month delay - along with the threat of possible legal action - the election denial book 2,000 Mules has reached bookstores, though with a few significant changes.
"Most notably, a passage in the recalled version of the book that accused specific, named nonprofit organizations of involvement in illegal "ballot trafficking" has been rewritten, softening certain claims and outright removing the names of the groups. Separately, sections of the book that purported to link election fraud to antifa and the Black Lives Matter movement have also been deleted...............D'Souza had accused of involvement in election fraud, two went on the record to condemn the accusations as "trash," "lies," and "malarkey." One of those groups described the allegations as potentially "libelous."
Even True the Vote, the controversial election denial organization that executive produced the 2,000 Mules film, distanced themselves from the book. "True the Vote had no participation in this book, and has no knowledge of its contents," the group said in a statement to NPR back in September. "This includes any allegations of activities of any specific organizations made in the book. We made no such allegations."..................The newly-released book tones down that phrase to "potentially storing ballots."
And the names of specific nonprofits that D'Souza accused of election fraud have all been removed.
Now, in lieu of listing specific groups, D'Souza writes, "True the Vote shared their names with me and has offered to make them available as needed to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.".........Arizona election authorities have issued warnings to people purportedly surveilling ballot dropboxes - possibly inspired by the film's claims - and said they referred complaints of possible voter intimidation to the U.S. Department of Justice."
