May 19, 2015: News Hounds: Elisabeth Hasselbeck Repackages Old Propaganda In Pimping Rifqa Bary's Book
When Rifqa Bary, a Muslim convert to Christianity, was the subject of a contentious child custody case (Included Pam Geller) Fox & Friends became Rifqa's media cheerleader. Six years later, Rifqa is the honored guest of Elisabeth Hasselbeck who is helping to promote Rifqa'a new book along with the same biased anti-Muslim propaganda and lies which made Fox's original coverage so special!

June 21 2014: News Hounds: Brian Kilmeade Mocks 'Redskin' Protest While Elisabeth Hasselbeck Giggles
As the mouthpiece for those who yearn for the good old days when minorities knew their place, it isn't surprising that "political correctness" is an ongoing subject of derision on Fox & Friends which sees "PC" as an infringement on free speech rather than a way to show sensitivity to race and gender issues.

ON THE RECORD: May 19, 2014: Journalism at The Raw Story has taken a rather odd turn. I was drawn by the title article written by David Edwards titled "Fox Panic: Elisabeth Hasselbeck looks dumbfounded as guest says pot isn’t that scary." The article, which includes a video, is an exchange between Hasselbeck and Patriots linebacker Shawn Struckey. Edwards tells about some of the dialogue, then the story takes an odd turn. He writes "And that’s when things went off script. " ..Struckey says some stuff, then Edwards adds: "At this point, Hasselbeck’s furrowed brow and pouting lips gave away her desire for the interview to be over. " What Hassebeck said was:
“You know, Shawn, I think your story is so interesting. And you have a unique perspective, both as player, attorney and personal background there. You know, I think the concern is, hey, how can you say we’re working on brain health, let more pot be used? And the kid debate is certainly there.”
But, Edwards, who is apparently doing some form of "face-reading" journalism says after the story went "off script" (whatever that meant...I mean, "off script" to who? Edwards?) With that, he wrote, "she thanked her guest and quickly ended the interview."
Ending interviews quickly on a TV show are common. The Raw Story David Edwards, however, was "face reading" something entirely different and thought it was so important to write a "face reading" report. It must have been a struggle to get just the right screen shot from the video. Good Grief. Comments can be made here: The Raw Story is Reporting Face Reading Journalism Now

Fox News host Elisabeth Hasselbeck on Thursday morning declared that climate change was just another “product” being “sold” to the American people, which might explain why a recent study found that the network was wrong about the subject 72 percent of the time.

In the world of cable news, sometimes the anchors themselves generate headlines. This is especially true of FNC's Megyn Kelly, who recently discussed the impeachment of President Obama. Elisabeth Hasselbeck, herself, is generating a good bit of buzz by raising the ratings of the network's hit, Fox and Friends.
