Rep. Farrer is serving his first term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 44 which includes portions of Lonoke, White, and Faulkner County. For the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Farrer will serve on the Public Transportation Committee and the Insurance and Commerce Committee. Rep. Farrer is the director of Therapy Services for North Metro Medical Center. He previously served as a Justice of the Peace in Lonoke County. He is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas.
