June 3, 2013: Veteran ABC News analyst Trey Hardin suggested “with a very strong sense of certainty” that  he is convinced that the IRS scandal emanates from the West Wing of the White House.  "I can say with a very strong sense of certainty that there are people very close to this president that not only knew what the IRS were doing but authorized it." he told  I can say with a very strong sense of certainty that there are people very close to this president that not only knew what the IRS were doing but authorized it." Hardin told Doug McIntyre on 790 KABC this morning. Unfortunately, "a very strong sense of certainty" does not connect any dots in the real world and, hence, would not hold up in court. It would only hold up before a congressional committee if most of it members could get some positive sound-bytes out of it...........
